OUR STORY

We talked about taking a one year trip around the United States with our children for over five years.  After Cara became pregnant with our fourth child, we did a complete 180 and built our dream home instead.  After a few years, we realized it wasn't the HOUSE or the THINGS that made us happy.  It was quality TIME with our FAMILY that we were looking for.

In 2021, we bought a converted school bus, sold our house and nearly all of our belongings to travel across the United States with our family of six...a cat...and a dog.

We have visited 12 National parks and over 40 state and county parks...had over 60 different backyards...and we have met some of the most incredible people along the way.

​

There have been highs and lows.  But we are loving our life full of adventure.
